When you work with Taste & Tenacity please know we take our deliverables seriously and are so excited to work with you. We look at the whole process as a partnership. You are hiring us to do the job, but without your complete commitment and input we cannot do our deliverables justice.

  • Initial Closet Edit appointments last anytime from 2 -3 hours in-home
  • If you are located outside the greater Atlanta/Suburb area there may be travel fees regarding transportation (via car or plane)
  • We do not barter for services
  • All personal information does not go beyond taste & Tenacity and is considered confidential
  • Robanne started styling 16 plus years ago. She has always been on her own and has never worked for another company, therefore, any recommendations made are strictly honest and from her knowledge of working with people for over 16 years
  • Our fees may be more than others and less than some- our fees are based upon the knowledge of designer lines, how they fit, how long they last, quality, etc and 16 plus years of experience in styling men and women
  • Cancellation Policy: should you cancel 48 hours prior to our appointment, there will be a $150.00 fee. If a client cancels within 24 hours of their appointment the cancelation fee will be 190.00
  • Multiple cancelations and multiple late arrivals to appointments could result in terminating the business relationship
  • Payments may be made via check, Venmo or Paypal. PayPal payments will be made with an additional 5% od the total amount.
  • T & T reserves the right to terminate our business relationship at any time.
  • Thank you in advance for understanding that our time, like yours is valuable. Should you have any questions, need help or feedback after your purchases, we are happy to answer those questions within the confines of an appointment. Should you have any additional questions we can also offer an additional appointment-via Zoom/Facetime, etc which would be more time/ moneysaving.
